Rules of the Clans as they relate to Railbirds:

1) All clans will support the NO DRAMA policy here on RB's. If a blog is posted pertaining to a clan game (RBCL, BOTC, CLAN vs CLAN or BOCL) that attacks another clan, or other clan members, the blog will be pulled. The writer of the blog will be sent a warning and their leader a CC of that warning. If said individual is involved in a 2nd blog of this nature they will recieve a min. 7 day ban and removed from the clan, not to be allowed to join another clan.
If this person is found to cont. representing the clan, after removal, in any clan vs clan event promoted her on RB's (RBCL, BOTC, CLAN VS CLAN, or BOCL) they will be permantly banned and the Clan as a whole put on probation. A 2nd offense will result in the Clans removal from RB's.

2) Every clan is expected to follow both the rules set forth by RB's and the poker sites.

3) Clans must have a copy of RB's clan policy and their Clans policies posted on their clan page.

4) If a member of a clan has issues with another clan or member directly related to clan business, those concerns are to be addressed to their clan leader. The clan leaders will be expected to resolve the situation privately, and if that's not possible get a prorail to mediate. At no time are grievances to be blogged about or handled via nasty pm's.

5) Anyone wishing to start a new clan must first get approval from the RB's staff.
