Rules of the Clans as they relate to Railbirds:

1) All clans will support the NO DRAMA policy here on RB's. If a blog is posted pertaining to a clan game (RBCL, BOTC, CLAN vs CLAN or BOCL) that attacks another clan, or other clan members, the blog will be pulled. The writer of the blog will be sent a warning and their leader a CC of that warning. If said individual is involved in a 2nd blog of this nature they will recieve a min. 7 day ban and removed from the clan, not to be allowed to join another clan.
If this person is found to cont. representing the clan, after removal, in any clan vs clan event promoted her on RB's (RBCL, BOTC, CLAN VS CLAN, or BOCL) they will be permantly banned and the Clan as a whole put on probation. A 2nd offense will result in the Clans removal from RB's.

2) Every clan is expected to follow both the rules set forth by RB's and the poker sites.

3) Clans must have a copy of RB's clan policy and their Clans policies posted on their clan page.

4) If a member of a clan has issues with another clan or member directly related to clan business, those concerns are to be addressed to their clan leader. The clan leaders will be expected to resolve the situation privately, and if that's not possible get a prorail to mediate. At no time are grievances to be blogged about or handled via nasty pm's.

5) Anyone wishing to start a new clan must first get approval from the RB's staff.

Descriptions of Ministerial Positions"

Prime Minister - communicates with members regarding upcoming Battle of the Clans (BOTC) and Railbirds Clan League (RBCL) games, and keeps members informed of any issues that have arisen requiring action or involvement. Represents the Crazy Canucks in meetings to discuss RBCL issues when called for by RBCL Commissioner. To oversee the day to day running of the Clan..to Make sure the Ministers positions are being done in a satisfactory way. The Prime Minister will be required to set up a monthly meeting of the Ministers to go over any agenda or new business...to act along with the Ministers in any disciplinary action which might be necessary...The Prime Minister will take care of the Inbox and make sure clan business is kept current...This position requires an almost daily input....

Deputy Prime Minister - assists all ministers as required, including communications with members regarding tournaments, and hosting clan tournaments when Minister of Tournaments/Events is otherwise indisposed. Creates monthly Crazy Canucks Trophy Blog.

Minister of Tournaments/Events - Blogs upcoming tournaments, hosts the Whacky Wednesday tournies on FTP, posts results of same on blog with screenshots, and forwards winners name to PrivateTournies page for inclusion in Tournament of Champions (TOC) monthly game. Maintains the CanucksTourneys page.

Minister of Recruitment - handles incoming requests for membership, following up with pms for information required and forwarding same to Minister of Information. Posts Welcome Blog for those who have been accepted. Looks after the New Clan Member Information Blog....

Minister of Information - maintains clan member listing spreadsheet, updates regularly, blogs listing regularly to meet Railbirds Clan League requirement (RBCL).

In closing, should any of these positions be open for election, if only one said applicant applies, there will be no voting and they will win that position by default....the only position excluded would be for the Prime Ministers position, for which 2 applicants or a decision made by the Current Ministers will be acceptable..
