Marie here from the Denver area. Started playing poker after moving here to Denver in 2004. Grew up playing rummy and canasta in a catholic family of 6 for our Saturday night of cards. They put cards in my hands at age 5 and had me join them at the table and I love playing ever since. I am a nurse by trade but had this last year off and did some great traveling. Have 2 grown sons a husband and a older brother who all play this game also. Sooo i am surrounded by the game and love it
