Okay, after much deliberation and some wonderful comments from those closest to me, I have decided to stick around. I am still unsure how active I will be here or on the felts but that will depend on whether or not I can keep my net runnin while I look for work as well as some other issues that are still unresolved here.

Not long after, I met a wonderful lady that gave me some good advice and became a friend. We shared something in common away from my accident and she gave me this







My relationship with Patti grew quickly and she introduced me to cheech420dog. The two took me under their wing and I joined The Dog Pack. An honor I still, and always will, hold dear.




Now on to some poker. I will start with the much prized and equally elusive quads. Yes I have hit a few. Starting with this one. While I don't remember what game it was, likely one of the many freerolls I played back then. But still, you can imagine the surprise when the river hit.



The bummer is I didn't win that game. Not long after I played my first Dime re-buy and it happened yet again.



This time, however, I did place ITM as we see in the next pic provided by my dear friend and clan mate, Claire.



Soon after another dear friend, Jag1024, made me a new table. It proved to be very lucky with in an hour after installing it as I hit not only quads but won an SNG.



With a bankroll I was able to start playin more cash games and decided one night to play the Fergie. Low and behold they hit again. And no I didn't cash but I blame that on the fact that it was 5's instead of bullets. LMAO



Months went by, and while the wins and cashs on this table continued the quads fell off. I was recently given a new position in my clan as event reporter and commissioned a new table for the task. What I got still amazes me and many that see the work that metallicamami produced.



And this table has been pretty darn friendly. I have several wins and cashs on this table, which I will share next, and it finally produced a set. Once again I didn't win the game, but hey, it was ducks after all.



Went duck hunting in a Dog Pack Only game recently and look at the meal that flopped onto the table. Again no win but.



I played a 90 player PC game to check the flop trend before a private tourney last night and hit my first straight flush. Much to the disappointment of over half the table.



Now on to the big accomplishments. As many know, I had a real good run from late August in to early October. It started with the aformentioned re-buy and was followed by what, in my mind, is my most prized win.

As a proud and devoted member of The Dog Pack, thanks to Patti and Cheech, the Dog Pound was and is the one game I put everything into every time I am in it. On this particular night the cards had been few and far between most of the night but I held on to reach the final table. The cards began to hit for me and I wittled my way down to two of my favorite nemesis.



Claire and Eddie deserve all the fear and respect I give them for the game they play, but tonight was not their night and after dispensing with the XDragonKing I ended up taking out my friend Claire with her nemesis hand JJ to take my first trophy.











This lobby gives further evidence of some of the quality names I had to get past for my biggest cash to date.


The quality finishes and increasing bank continued as I entered yet another Dog Pound and despite the fact that I dozed off after work and showed up a bit late to the game, I managed to make it to the final table. As usual there were a number of good friends and friendly villians at this table. In fact I was seated next to my friend, mentor, and Pack founder, cheech420dog. An honored, and feared, seat to be sure. At least to me.



Still a bit groggy from my nap I was surprised to see the cards start hittin for me again. One by one my friends fell and I ended up goin HU against the dear Rhondster.



But, as the trophy shows, she too fell pray to my come from behind romp.


Another game came to my attention at this point so i decided to give it a shot. the Felt Fury game often has a smattering of good players and I felt honored to be invited and sit with them. Much to their chagrin, I was still on my lil roll and took home a new trophy my first time out.




The next weekend was a big one as well. And rather costly to my friends Bigword, Big Bud, and apfjr. As my reputation, and bank, began to grow I found myself entered in the first Big Pow Wow with two bounties on my head. Still riding my wave I soon found myself on the final table with my bounties intact and several bounties in my pocket. In fact at this point I was the final bounty in the game.




This hungry hoard found it impossible to break me though and I was once again HU against a strong player. But as we see the luck was on my side of the table.

And the trophy that still means more than the $ I won because it was a first not only to me but in what is now a staple game here honoring some truly great people and players



Even though I placed and cashed well for much of October, I didn't hit again until the final weekend. And once again it was in the Felt Fury



I now find myself welcome in a number of weekly games and one of the ones I really enjoy each week is put on by my dear friend Chiquta. Try as I might, for several weeks I struggled in this game. I finally broke through, however, as the new month began.


As I said earlier, during this time I developed a bit of a reputation. As many of you can attest, especially my favorite target widowmak3r, I have a tendancy to suckout while chasing good hands. I offer no apologies as I am usually a student of flop trends and usually won't chase without odds. But one of my best friends and biggest supporters Phoenix, aka Broken Treaty, gave me an award I am actually kind of proud of.



Most recently I joined a good group of guys The Sugar Daddies to offset and pay tribute too the Dime Piece Group. The Dimes slaughtered all comers to their first game so the Daddies wasted no time in accepting thier challenge to a rematch. And as luck would have it I defended our male pride and honor by winning this wonderful trophy.



Much to my chagrin, the good finishes have tapered off quite severly. And in fact, that valued award has worked against me for several weeks as I make this addition. But that may be coming to an end as I have qualified for the Holiday 100k on Full Tilt and last night I fought my way through 2699 players to win a $100 freeroll. So as the new month begins, stay tuned as there should soon be some updates to this page.
