    But at a casino it would not be a push it would have gone to the second high card. The system should be able to distinguish that as well, after all they distinguish between two full houses and give the pot to the person who has the bigger full house. Seems very odd to me.     The highest card was probably on the table. Which means they both shared the high card, which is what determines the winner of a flush. Or in this case the push.

    Yesterday a friend of mine was in a railbirds tournament. He I had a flush and another person had a flush in the same suit. My friend's flush was higher but they split the pot. Is this correct?
