I still mostly prefer limit to NL, holdem to stud. However, my NL game has much improved since I came to RB. That said, I love HORSE and the new PS game of 8-game. Changing the game regularly keeps me on my toes, plus I get a chance to work on games I might otherwise not play. And, although I remain somewhat anxious in NL Holdem ring games, 2-7 NL Single Draw (on PokerStars) seems much more manageable. Perhaps it is the single draw aspect that makes it feel less crazy, perhaps it's the fact that I am pretty sure, when I have a very good hand, that I am likely to win -- and a poor hand is equally obvious.

Designing custom tables

Since joining RB, I have become very interested in making special table designs for Full Tilt. It's a blast! (Of course, it's now a problem as I don't understand the new program, but I expect I'll figure it out eventually.) And so, of course, I joined the TMAC club, where the other table freaks are.

The next three use Daniel Merriam's fantasy art as a basis. I have fallen in love with his work.

I won Krabb's Shop of Horrors 11/14/08-- at stud, no less! The game I rather dread when I play Horse. Go figure! I got lucky... And in late December, I finally nailed another one in the Raptors Open. Looks like once a month, but I will try to improve. I am getting to final tables, just not taking it down.
