    Thanks for the post on my Blog , wow shattered about the $100,000 tip , i think the rules suck i would have made about $500 in tips just from International people because they don't know the rules and i don't work that high up for the big tips ,if the people where aloud i be rolling in it and i bet the company would have a better turn over too.
