I'm just a small town girl, living in a lonely world, I took the midnight train going anywhere...no, wait, that's Journey. I heard that song on the radio this morning and it's been in my head all day. I'm actually a 28-year-old average Joe from Iowa, although my names not Joe, it's Nick, but you can call me Yuri. I'm single, childless, and don't drink (much) or do drugs (constantly). I recently graduated college with a degree in Religious Studies and Philosophy, which I later discovered are both pretty useless in the job market. I am currently receiving dialysis treatment for kidney failure and hoping to get a kidney transplant in the not too distant future. I love playing poker, mostly play online, and have had some minor success. I am pretty good at bankroll management and have not had a barren account for over a year and a half, and I have actually made a little bit of money, but not enough to live off of. So for now, I am working a pretty crappy job in food service and dealing with my health situation. Besides poker, I also love music, books, comedy, revolutionary thinking, travel, and animals.
