well i guess it is safe to say i quit smoking. now been over 3 months. still want to smoke a cigar, but just use to having one for over 20 years.
don't want to inhale now

it has been over a month now, and yes i have not smoked any more cigars. the tokes i refered to, well if you don't understand it, i am not talking lol;

well an update on the smoking thing.
haven't slipped up yet. still have one cigar left, and it is sitting on my coffee table, looking at me and laughing.
had a "quit smoking" group in my state send me a complete set of the "patches", but they are still sitting in the boxes they came in. [maybe they and the cigar can keep each other comfortable.]
i have had 4 tokes when it got really bad, but this was from some that i have had for over 12 years, so it sure wasn't for the buzz, lol.
i would say that i have done real good so far. only get the urge about twice a day now. think i have it beat.

Well, wish me luck. been smoking for over 20 years.
only 3 cigars left and then i am quitting. last one probably tonite.
if i am not real friendly at a table with you in the next couple of weeks, then you know what is up.

totally ticked off. can not load full tilt, although they are really working with me to try to figure out why it is not working.
and then tonight, i was finally going to get to play since poker world is working, and it gets cancelled.
looks like it is tv time for me.
