My name is Robert, a.k.a. "Silent Bob," I am 23 years old and I currently reside in Ohio. I am a poker enthusiast! If I weren’t playing poker, I'd probably be either a poker analyst or an instructor. I play a tight/aggressive game based mostly on math mixed with some instincts, but my instincts have cost me a lot. 
I have been playing online poker for over 5 years now. But I have been playing the game since my childhood. Some friends and I would grab a jar full of pennies and play five-card draw, even though I didn't know if a straight beat a flush at the time. lol
ESPN and the World Series of Poker actually introduced me to the game of NL Hold 'em, and I have been playing the game online ever since, with mixed results. I play live from time to time at either the Mountaineer or Wheeling Island Casinos in West Virginia. I prefer live poker over online poker, even though I like that you can play more hands per hour online, I prefer to actually sit at a real poker table and interact with the players in person.
I joined Railbirds in October of last year because it is an outstanding poker community and there are a great mix of novice, beginning, and expert poker players on here. The people here at Railbirds have been friendly to me, provided me with some great advice, and even provide me with a laugh or two. You will find me here every single day, whether it's in blogs, the chat room, or the great private tournaments that are run at PokerStars or Full Tilt.
