Greetings.

I like to go dancing and meet new people. Slow at first, friends approach, but am open to where it will lead. Mostly I would like... hey, wait a minute. This isn't a dating site at all is it? My friend told me I would find lots of birds here. Poker? how do you play that?

I have been playing semi-pro bridge since I was introduced to that game 5 years ago. I believe I have developed enough good skills from playing thousands of hours of one card game to take a try at learning another. Let's face it, the potential for payoffs is much bigger here.

I am taking a serious student approach to this game, reading a little with lots of hands on experience in freerolls, low entry tournaments and small stakes games - all on the internet. If I manage to build a modest bankroll this way I will venture into some of the local live tournaments.

fwi, I do like to go dancing, which is why I never had time for cards in my twenties.
