hey CA.. (in reference to your bmsg to me) I've read a few and continue to read all the time. I started with, what I would consider, the standard or must read "Theory of Poker" by David Sklansky.
For tournaments, most would recommend Dan Harrington's 3 volume book set "Harrington on Hold'em". You could probably start with Vol 1 and/or Vol 2.
The biggest problem with nearly every book out there, they are geared towards cash games and/or live instead of online tournament.
Currently I am juggling 4 books, 1 is pretty clear that it is for live as its regarding bluffs (live). The other is "The Poker-Tournament Formula" by Arnold Synder. I believe it was published in 2006. Which is another consideration, make sure to check the Copyright/publish date. If its not 2006/2007, chances are even the online reference will be outdated.
I can't comfortably recommend 1 or 2 books only for you, I certainly have not found 1 or 2 that have helped me completely.
What's amazing to me is your age states 19 but you said you have 3-4 years of playing experience. Other than just family fun when I was young, I started playing seriously after I started reading and tired of losing - about Aug 2007.
