I have two passions poker and poetry. I work on both all the time trying to improve.

I have been happily married to the same woman for 41 years of my 59 and climbing. I have 6 grand kids and truly enjoy spoiling them every chance I get.

I am simi retired but I still do a little remodeling every now and then when I'm not playing poker. I was a General Contractor for 35 years. I live in Granbury Texas and have for the past 18 years. I love going golfing with my wife and friends when I'm not playing poker.

My favorite saying is. "Skill is important and that's always true, But nothing is better than when lady luck smiles on you."

Texas Holdem

Texas Holdem Is the game, That we all like to play
Hoping to be a contender, Or just win enough to stay
The best hand ever changing, With each new card turned
Yet it's truly in the betting, Where real lessons are learned.
Folding, calling or raising, Trying to find some way
With the stakes ever growing, Just in the game to stay.
Pairs, full boats, or flushes, We hope for the best hand
There is nothing more exciting, Than being the last one to stand.
Sometimes we are the winners, Sometimes the ones who lose.
Each game telling it's own story, By the cards that we choose.
Yes Holdem is the game, That has us in it's grip
Never knowing the outcome, But always enjoying is the trip.
