Preflop you should raise more, especially since you already have 2 callers. The pot is 165 after your raise, so everybody will call the extra 30. Raise to 4 or 5 times the blinds, about 150 would do here. You might pick up the pot preflop, but remember it is better to win a small pot than to lose a big one.

Your all-in postflop is fine. Either fold, if you think you are up against trips or 2 pair, or move all in, since you will be pot-commited anyway if you call. You got unlucky on the river, but allowing Ax suited to see a cheap flop was the mistake that cost you the hand.
