Who gets the other $1. Seems to me someone is trying to profit off of this tourney. When only half of the entry goes towards the prize pool then it is not worth entering.

Well Slide i guess you've never played in a buy-in tourney before, $1 goes to FT, the other goes towards the pot + rebuys and the add-on

Actually I think I am more than qualified in making my previous statement about the buy-in $1+$1. How many years have you been playing online for real money (6 years for me)?

So, 50% of the buy-in is FT's rake? How come other Railbirds have tournaments up on FT for tonight with the following buy-in: $1+$.50.

I would be up for playing with my fellow railbirdies, but the buy-in doesn't make sense. Best of luck to you and your tourney.
