Default Short Handed Poker Tactics

I was wondering if anyone has a lot of experience with short handed poker. I recently found what seems to be a good short handed starting hand chart. I had some questions for anyone that might be experienced at short handed poker.

anyone who uses that chart will never become a good poker player...because having set rules like starting hands is a complete mistake...that chart doesnt say anything about blind/stack ratio or how your opponents play right? RIGHT.
