I have a consistancy question?

I signed up for rake back months ago. I recieved nothing for months then I recieved my rake back on the 9th of June. I am signed up through full tilt wich is supposed to pay by the 8th of each month. I am not complaining about one day but here it is the 10th of July and nothing from stackback? Am I missing something here? I dont depend on the money but I like to know when to better plan and budget my withdrawls and deposits.

Any info on this would be appreciated.

I'm very sorry for the delays, but I'm afraid that delay is out of our hands. It's Full Tilt who causes the delay quite frequently, and we're going to change the promised payout date to the 15th next month.

Regarding this months rakeback, it's already been paid out but quite a few will experience problems. This is because of a bug in Full Tilt's software which makes the player transfers to bounce. We have mailed our partner contact, and she has forwarded our problem to the tech department who will look into it.

Hopefully they will solve it very soon. I will keep you posted when I hear back from them.

I still have not recieved anything for last month? I didnt recieve anything for the first few months either? I did recieve a deposit on the 9th of june from stackback.

I'm aware of the June problem, and we're working on it.

However, the rest you are talking about seems very weird to me. Could you please send a mail to support@stackback.com with your username and which site, and I will look into it?

Everyone should now have received their funds for June. We deeply appology for the delay, and we assure you that it will not happen again in the future. Full Tilt is making they payments automatically from now on forth.

Sometimes it takes as long as the 20th....FT does has upadte issues at times....

Some changes are made now. Full tilt is making every step in the payout process automatic and they promise to pay it out every 15th from now on.

It should be better than their old solutions where every step in the process ended up getting delayed.
