No Support

I've been trying to get StackBack for Ultimate Bet for over two weeks. My account does not show any partners. I've been unable to enter my name in the provided page on the Stackback site. I've emailed support numerous times without satisfaction. I'm totally unsatisfied and now believe I've wasted another site by getting an account without benefit of getting any rake.

You would think they would have alot of people do help out with stuff like that considering they are one of the largest poker sites.

You have definatly not wasted any site. I find this very weird, seeing I answer pretty much all support for stackback, and I haven't seen any mail regarding this.

You should be able to submit your UB username if you log in to our stackback.com site. If you somehow still are not able to submit it, please send a mail to support@stackback.com and I will set it up for you manually.

I'm really sorry that you haven't received any answer on your mail, but I truely haven't seen any request regarding this. I will ask the tech to look into what might have happened to your mails.

I know I have at least one email that has been rejected numerous times.

But I have emailed Trond?? and he was gonna set it up manually, didn't get fixed. The page does not recognize that I AM signed in to my account, so I can't enter info in the box.

I am the very same Trond, and I have not received the mail in question. It has to be some technical error on either our or your side.

We can set this up right now. Seeing the mails isn't kind to us, could you please send me a private message on this forum,containing your stackback username and ub username and I will register your deal?

I would halt the depsoit if you don't want to play without rakeback. I got a reply from our partner contact at UltimateBet, which said the follwing:

"This player is showing that he registered on March 2007 directly through UB."

I'm sorry, but they are not allowed to retrack old exitisting players and add rakeback to their account. I'm afraid you're not eligible for rakeback at UB, when you registered your account directly trough them roughly a year ago.
