Because of their terms and policies, there is unfortunatley nothing we can do for players who already have an account there. We are not allowed or able to add rakeback to existing accounts, and their policies says that it's not allowed to register more than one account.

Sorry.

Default Finally an answer!

I've asked stackback support this 3 times as well as posting elsewhere and asking others who say they use stackback, but got no response.

Question

Thanks for digging into this.
I mentioned on another blog that I had gone to their site a few days ago and was considering setting up an account at that time, but then decided to wait and see if anyone else was having success with this. Or if others were having problems.

I would really like to hear from other railbirds that have set up StackBack accounts for their FTP accounts to see if they had to set up new accounts. Also, I am wondering if any of our prorails have set up accounts with StackBack? Did each person close his or her existing account first? Or do they now have multiple accounts? Which wouldn't really make much sense since you would only want to play on your account that is receiving the rakeback.

momoney: I would only use stackback on a new site I didn't have an account on... multiple accounts are against the terms of use of the poker sites. I would strongly suggest no one try to make 2nd account just for rake back on the same site as you'll likely have one of those accounts banned. Since I'm not in the market for a new site atm, I have not used stackback.com yet but I would in the future if that ever changes.

I agree with Quasi. I am not looking at this time to download a new site, but when/if the time comes to do so, I will give the site a chance.

Quasi, thanks for the info. It sounds like you are in basically the same situation that I am in.
Yes, it would be great to be able to receive some rakeback for my play, but I too am in no hurry to play on any additional sites. FTP, PS, Bodog, UB, and AP are more than enough. And the last three don't get much of my action.

DAMN this server is too busy stuff. Let's see if it saves this time.

say, for example, i've got a PS account right now but i don't use any accounts on any other sites. what exactly does stackback offer me that should make me consider making another account and playing on another site to get this stackback stuff?

Bwarlitner: We are giving you back a percentage, between 27%-50% depending on which site, of the rake that the poker room takes from every pot you are playing.

You can go to Rakeback - Play and get paid - Stackback.com , and on the right hand side you will find a rakeback calculator. Use this, and you can find out an estimate of what a rakeback deal is worth for you per day/month/year.
