Oh god and that bonebreaking ante sound on FTP.

I only recently deposited money on PS after about a year of playing on FTP, and after the initial adjustment I like PS better I think as a micro player. The freerolls are fewer but the .10 MTT is very winnable--I've cashed/won several in a few weeks.

Also on PS I don't see quads in every tournament like you do on FTP. On the other hand, I do miss the fun of playing with celebs.

I about ready to whitch back to Full Tilt. I've been having a lot of bad luck at Poker Stars. I can build a bankroll up, but as soon as I get onto $0.50/$1 I'm hit with a run of bad beats.

However, I like Poker Stars software better, and the fact that there are low limits to build a bankroll with. However, lately I've been using S&G's to rebuild, and Full tilt has the same low buy-ins.

I think I just need to use a different surver until my luck chances at Poker Stars.

fulltilt because it just looks and feels so smooth. and i disable sound effects on both so it doesnt matter, competition wise i would say pretty even.

I like Porker Stars too for the micro limits. I've been nursing a small deposit for about a year now. The way I see it is if I cannot build a bankroll at the micor limit then I have no business at any other table.

It does seem, however, every time I roll up I just run into lots of bad beats. Yes I'm a bit angry about it. Perhaps I should take a close look at my game? Maybe when I roll up to the low stakes I'm merely out classed. But all those bad beats do hurt! It could be causing me to play scared.

Right now I just need a chance of scenery. Maybe at a new site I’ll have new luck. But the minimum deposit at Full Tilt is a little too high for my liking, however, the freeroll there are better and there are$1 S&G’s. I’ve build two bankrolls with a little more than $50 in each from the freerolls already. So now that I have gotten better since then, I’m back at Full Tilt Freeroll scene again. It’s just a question of time before I'm back in Full Tilts cash games. Alas I am temped to just make a deposit too.

I suppose we should just play where we are comfortable. For me it’s Poker Stars micro cash games and Full Tilt freerolls. I do like the Weekly Round II at Poker Stars, though. I’ve been in it four times now. That first place prize looks good for a freeroll, but that is the only freeroll they have too.

My win rate is better on PS than FT. A lot of my friends find their win rate a bit lower on FT than other sites. I don't generally buy into "This site is rigged" theories but.... The rigging theory that I have heard about FT is that the distribution of cards is changed so you get better cards in middle position. So more players in middle position enter the pot (with good cards), players still enter the pot in late position, with worse cards, playing the late position. More players in the pot, faster bust outs, more tourneys being played....

PS has tourneys in a broad variety of games, not just hold em, and all price levels. I like to play razz and 2-7 lowball on PS.
The only thing I don't like on PS are the stupid cirles with avatars. Generally some eyeball staring at you. I block the image on a lot of them.

But I do play on both sites, just more on PS.
