We all have our bad runs. The best thing you can do is simply take a break from the tables for a few days. Recollect your mind. When you feel ready and focused again. Go back to the tables and play small. Build your way back up until your playing at your normal pace.

Thanks guys. I am happy to report I made it past the first break in the midnight tourney. I need to catch some cards before the blinds start pressuring me.

Currently 372 out of 461. 1710 entrants. Never been that good at MTT so I am pretty proud of myself for being patient thus far. Gotta switch gears quick though. This is usually where I falter.

Regardless of what happens here, I am back on track. That break worked wonders.

Ah, I forgot to update this.

I played the midnight satelite and my internet decided to crap out on me. I tried to reconnect shortly after I posted last but gave up after a few minutes. Overall I was happy with my play so it wasn't a complete waste of time.

I logged in at work and was suprised to see that, somehow, I made thirteen dollars from the tournament! I used $2.25 to play a 18 player SNG and made first.

I am happy to see the turnaround take effect. Keeps my faith in my game and the odds overall.
