If they were all in the same house i think it's safe to assume they were all on the same wireless connection (having that many separate cables would be virtually impossible). PokerStars doesn't allow people on the same wireless network to sit at the same cash table or to register in the same SNG. they couldn't have all been at the same table.

Default cheat

Well ran poker sites have software and people looking for this type of cheating. If they were repeatedly at the same table,or running scams over and over, they would be watched closely and caught eventually. This type of scheme would more likly to work at a 2nd,3rd rate site.

Everyone in my family plays ALOT of poker.... and most of it is online. There are 4 of us, we all have our own computers, and quite often we compete in the same tournaments.
Now i'm not even trying to imply that everyone is like this, not by any means, but when the four us us play, we all play our own game.
There have been a few times that we've even ended up seated together, and oh yeah, the s%#@ hits the fan. We turn our laptops to hide our hands and battle to the death, if it comes to it.
Not too long ago, 3 of us made the final table in an MTT on AP. I ran and grabbed a post it note to cover my hands, and peeked under it oh-so-carefully when it was my turn to act.
I was the first one out, and have not lived it down since.
We are far too competitive, especially amongst ourselves, to ever reveal our hands to one another.
I understand that there are plenty of snakes and cheats out there who only care about the money, but to us, glory is everything.
Just thought i'd share the story.
Good luck to you all at the tables, birdies.
