Iraq still needs our support and I hope to heck we don't get a Demo. President that wants to pull out of Iraq. Obama has changed his tune- he really doesn't seem like he knows what he wants. The troops need to stay and finish the job- Iraq will recover and be free from the dicatorship govt.. My vote is republican for the good of the nation and we don't need big govt., using our taxes for the weak and lazy. America is and will always be the best for the free world, down with the aggressor.......God Bless America........

OK, I usually just keep my politics to my own house, but since I already spouted off on another thread today, I'm going get it all out of my system at once.

I don't think either of the mainstream parties are doing much for the majority of Americans. They both serve corporate interests far better than anything else.

Both sides have plenty of baggage. PLENTY! Both sides have been tarnished with scandal. There have been crooks on both sides. I wouldn't be shocked if sometime in the future it comes out that there are crooks of either party in office right now.

I respect President Bush, even though I detest nearly everything he's done in the aftermath of 9/11. I was, and am, against the war in Iraq, but as an American I recognize the respect due both to our troops and our commander in chief. I go out of my way to thank every GI I see for their service. I am proud of the people that serve our country, period.

I never voted for President Bush, but I seriously want the guy to succeed. I didn't like the idea of the surge, but if it's working, hell yes! way to go President Bush.

I reject the idea that democrats hate it when things start going well in Iraq or Afghanistan. My god, we're all praying for this to end as soon as possible. Sons and daughters of Republicans and Democrats serve together. They're all precious.

We're on the same freaking team! Every four years there's a struggle for quarterback and they shuffle offensive and defensive coordinators. But it's one damn team, people!

I'm tired of the rhetoric playing us off against each other. Fat cats are pissing themselves laughing at how easy it is to distract us with phony a## social issues.

Is there one republican or conservative out there that feels what I'm saying?
