I have played the No Deposit casino bonus on rtg software and won the jackpot the first was around 28000, they blocked my account the next day and said I was a casino whore that has multiple accounts, by this they must have meant I have an account on one of their sister sites, no how does that work? They not only blocked my account, the jackpot was not returned to the game, who wins???????? This has happend on several occassions, the sites always win. There is no actual law governing these places, that is why the US government didn't want its citizens playing online!!!!! even if you found out where the main company is and took them to court, the files are all in their hands, you will lose!!!!!!!

Roy, if a person is found to be using a Poker Bot On any Poker Site, then the funds are taken from the Cheating player and redistributed back to the people who lost money to this player.

Also, Poker sites do not put "Bots" on there owne sites.

What most people do not realize is that poker bots are not really profitable. From what I have heard. They are not sophisticated enough to adjust to different player's styles, they don't bluff, and they play tight abc style poker, which makes them beatable.

Maybe they are making better ones these days but I still don't see how they can be very profitable.

Default Collusion

Its not poker software, per se, but I thought you might be interested to think about COLLUSION.

Its a rampant form of cheating that poker sites have a very difficult time detecting and stopping.

Google JJProdigy for an example.

Here are a few links to get started:

The Weekly Shuffle - The "Grandma Dilemma" - PokerTips.org

JJProdigy Back in the News

And a rant from Daniel Negreanu:

Full Contact Poker : Your online poker community

Due to people like this, even good poker players playing in tournaments will be at a significant disadvantage to cheaters.

I am pretty sure I played against a poker bot one time. It only raised the minimum every time and 90% of the time I raised, it folded. When it did call and I seen the hands, he had premium hands. I ended up winning with a set to it's KK. It was the longest heads up S&G I ever played.

at lower stakes from what I have heard they are profitable, due to the players that call off money with trash. The same way as anyone playing ABC poker low stakes can. Boring as hell, but profitable, waiting for a hand and letting idiots hand you there money.

I have played against bot many times, learn the way they play and you can make money off them, knowing when to reraise.

Bots are no big deal. They can be beaten quite easily. It's the people that use legal software such as poker tracker and OPR in an illegal manner that are the problem.
