Here in Florida, it's 18 to play even in the high stakes B&M casinos (poker ONLY).

I'd love to see Anette come across the pond to Florida for a little vacation and fun in the sun days and the felt at night.

It will get her ready for vegas (which is 21).

Thanks! Alan Chiras.

Default Online Gambling

I know people who can deposit money into poker sites. It just depends on what bank you have and what kind of card it is. I have a Navy Federal credit card that has been denied at poker stars and Full Tilt. No dice for me so it's a bit harder for me to get money deposited.

Every poker site should accept moneygram like FT does.

So what if you lived in California, and you were able to deposit to an online site. And you moved to Indiana, and while you moved you updated your bank account by changing address. And now you try to deposit and you can no longer deposit. Is that a bad move? what if you are able to change your address or something? Is there any kind of information that will able you to deposit again?

I am having a problem even opening new accounts most of the sites are not even accepting US players unless they are from like the Virgin Islands or minor outlying Islands...Good Luck and if your state has an age limit the site will stick to it. XOXO

Default Illegal

Ok so I talked to a lawyer who read the 2006 anti gaming legislation in its entirety and heres the catch. Gambling online is not illegal for US Citizens. However, putting any money in through any Bank in any way located in the US is illegal. The federal government using its constitutional powers to regulate interstate transactions has created the legislation so that it can prosecute anyone who makes a transaction through a US bank. However, nearly every bank in the world that can transfer money to an online poker site at least has a branch or division for transfer somewhere in the USA. So, unless you are handing the cash to the poker site lol, you CAN be prosecuted. However, this does not mean you will. In a lot of ways this could be like online piracy, where only a few people are prosecuted.

I've been wondering about that BoJack. They actually send you a check that you can cash at your local bank?
