I answer every email I get to the support addresses, except for the ones that try to sell me viagra.

So, every time i go to post a reply to a thread, after I hit the submit reply button (when I've finished typing my reply, it goes to the page that you get when you're having connection problems. Then I press the refresh button on my browser and I hit back and it shows my page as it was before i hit the reply button. If I hit reply again, it says that i just posted. So I go to the forum link and there's my reply. So, I have to hit refresh, back, and then another link.

I was trying to look at pictures posted on the front page today 09/02/07 and kept getting error messages... time 0854 am. local Also when trying to upload screen shot of error it would not take here in the forum area..

The member in question is me. Also Bomshel keeps showing up on my friends invite list.. I think we are having this problem to keep us apart LOL

This is likely not a bug, since POST data works that way. You having to do this is an issue though, and has to do with our server problems, which we are looking at.

I had been in the chat today and around 7:00 P.M. EST there started to be problems. No one could type in the "Poker Talk ONly" and only a select few you could read their type and have them understand yours. Then, at around 7:25 P.M. EST i was in the Free Chat room and it said *jwbarker has been kicked from the room.

So i thought, ok, ill get out of the chat and try to go back in, but no can do. When i click into the chat it said Erroro Not Allow. I have done nothing in the chat to get myself banned from it. If you could help solve this that would be great.

There was a temporary error in the chat, should be fixed now. Please message me if it isn't, and I'll have a look.

I know it would make us all sad to do this however with all the problems we have been having would it not be better too shut the site down for 2 days.. let things calm down and allow the techs all the time they need to fix the ongoing problems for good until things act up again.. If not corrected soon we will be losing a lot of good, talented, interesting poker friends to other sites.. please reply.. I have sent this suggestion via email previously with no reply..

I don't know where you sent the email, but I monitor most of the addresses and I assure you that I would have answered if I'd seen such an email.

Anyway, closing down the site completely for a few days would be a sure way of losing even more members. Just being offline for a few hours is a catastrophe for any community. While we do, of course, hate the fact that the site has server problems and some bugs right now, we really prefer to have the site up at the meantime. We're working as fast as we can to fix all of the problems, and we wouldn't be able to work faster if the site was offline meanwhilst.

Still, suggestions are always welcome, so thank you.
