How can we make the forum better?

add a games of chance discussion board

how about bricks and mortar...trips reports...maybe I missed them I'm new

And I look at it the other way around! I think the forum should be for more important things and the blogs for the personal things. Blogs are a more personal input type thing, I think, and people feel more like they're communicating more directly (more of a face-to-face type feeling) You're not gonna post if you don't feel comfortable doing so. Forums feel official and uncomfortable. Ever notice?

you should put up a thread for begginners, less than i dunno... 30, 60, 90, days membership, and make it a ''why do you deserve an entry to ( certain tourney ) and the best reply would win an entry to that tourney, although alot of ''not too smart replys'' would be posted it would give the newbies to enjoy the sport/art/talent of poker and maybe help them reach new accomplishments and levels of play, it could even maybe help players refine their play a lot by being able to play with better more experienced players...

just an idea ( plz dont bash )
