I think as these tourneys are mainly friendly and we're trying to get a community going then we ought to take a screen shot and post it. Hopefully some Prorail will be able to track down the offender's railbird id and send them a private message telling him/her to cut it out - if that doesn't work then something more serious should be done. Let's try to keep this tourneys good fun and start stamping out bad behaviour and let's start today!

This is an excellent idea, in some cases its really getting out of hand. I keep seeing the same guy going off on people everytime he loses. Its really bad and reflects poorly on us as a community. Whats really bad is he has a railbirds picture as his avatar on pokerstars.

the funny thing is most of the people that go off on freerollers are terrible players themselves.

What can we do to correct the problem we have with a railbird that constantly berates players, baits player into abusing chat then turning them into support? I find this particular members behavior dispicable. Is there anythng that can be done?

Unfortunately here at Railbirds there is nothing we can do.

We always encourage members to copy the chat and forward it to the pokersite support as they can see all of the chat logs. We have no control over the sites. If the site deems the chat unacceptable, they will always take action.

Thank you I'm currently in a discussions ( via email) with pokerstars concerning this player. Hs baitng of fellow railbirds then turning them into support is disgusting.

If this person in question consistently does this and he gets reported each and every time, they will take action.

That also goes for just anyone being abusive on the pokersites.
