This one is a joke... obviously you have one card left, so anyone trying to draw is worse off. The board didn't pair so we are drawing live, but 2h is eliminated if we are worried about sets. I chose 1 scenario again.

Its zero or one, because in the first three where players have sets, you cant be +EV.

But the last choice is All have flush draws. It greatly depends what exact cards they have. There are spots where you are +EV with 3 flush draws and spots where you're not. So, its 0 OR 1.
