you could fold, but getting odds to call (unless opponent usually raises). allin - completely depends on opponent, would he wait for a brilliant hand + you have 8 3. dont like the smaller raise. fold/call

i think is the obvious answer.. going all in is very stupid if u had the same amount that your oponnent have .. is just a silly play
.. but not that dumb like raising .. if he reraised that.. u know u ar dealing with a ace high or any pair ..n u know that if u call.. u have to expect in the flop like two pair or simply an 8 high n ur done

I folded it's to easy to recover it later. 8,3os doesn't rank very high in starting hands - even in heads-ups play. Your highest card is only in the middle of the card ranking. the odds are against you even if your opponent has an 8! the only thing a 3beats is a deuce.lol doesn't even require any thinking just know the approx. odds on this one.

Good luck on the tables!

The only part of this quiz I agree with is the statement that you have to have a read on your opponent. Other than that, since no read was offered, the question is pretty ambiguous.
Granted, 83o is trash, but you have to play the rags HU. What are you going to do, wait for Aces? You have to mix it up in order to be successful, in order to get paid off when you raise with a real hand. Sure, raising might enable your opponent to make a play by reraising, but it also might enable you to take the blind from him w/o seeing a flop. I say with position, raise. Play your opponents' cards. Either that, or fold your way right into second place.
