Default Not going allin

Sorry, but there's no way I'm going allin here. Q-3o is under the 50% threshold, isn't it? I don't see positive EV here. Am I wrong? Has anyone crunched the numbers? From here I need more information. Has my opponent been playing scared? Okay, then I raise. Has he been raising consistently? Okay, then I fold. Surely an ace, king, pair, suits and/or connectors will arrive soon. Lacking situational information (which, by the way, Harrington's scenarios always include), I selected call as my answer. If I get raised, I've only lost half a bet ... and now I have some info (the play may fit into previous info and tell me concretely that he's allin or folding for example, which lots of heads-up players do of course). So, I call. I either get a cheap flop or a cheap fold with some info. I'm happy.

If your a novice player I could see them try to steal. Maybe even push all-in. But for players who are above average they know it all depends on the table image you have and how you expect your opponent to react to your play

Sorry but I can't agree with going allin. I would call/fold. You're getting odds to call any hand HU unles your opponenet constantly raises. You could raise normally, I agree with that also if thats your style.

You can't fold face cards first in with so high blinds and so little in your stack.

Just calling gives your opponent a free flop, and raising to 1,500 is pointless as that will pot commit you anyway. In order words: all-in!

Where was the blind amount mentioned? I raised according to the information given. which wasn't enough. we each have 5k in stacks (unknown blind amount) 15k is slightly over 1/3 of his stack (and mine) total commitment here is not necessary until placed there by a possible (probable?) re-raise.
there really wasn't enough info, I think.

good luck on the tables1

I prefer to wait some better cards, Q-3 is too junky!

In the right of the answer.
Is something like this:
Your hand

* 8s 3h

Game: Texas
Game Type: No-limit, tournament
Blinds: 250-500
Position: Dealer
But in a green table.
