Great situation. Have to admit I screwed this one up. I guess I play AA too aggressive. In hindsight all-in is a bad choice. I became a better poker player today. Thank you quizzy!

Default I agree!

Folding is not the right option cuz u probably have the best hand. All in is too agressive, cuz u might be beat with K9 K10 QJ or 910. A normal reraise will tell u where u stand in the hand. one of 3 actions will tell u what to do.

1. if he reraises or goes all in, u can fold cuz more often than not ur beat
2. if he folds then u know u had the best of it
3. if he calls then he probably had top pair and/or some draw and u can act accordingly on the turn

Thumbs up

i agree also in this situation reraise and find out were you are at, but if i knew that this player was an aggressive one and have seen him play top pair this way b 4 i might just smooth call him to get him to put more in the pot on the turn b 4 i raise him off his hand(i know its a bit odd, but with overaggressive players i enjoy letting them hang themselves)

Default on calling...

I am astounded at the # of people who put calling, that's got to be the worst option. Unless as the person above stated you have some special read on the player, you call, be bets out the turn, and you still have no idea where your at. Worst of all any 8, J, Q, or comes and he bets out you almost have to fold. Even if an third ace falls you could very well lose. There are no good turn cards in the deck to really improve you hand here, so checking it pretty much the worst thing ever.

i guess i made mistake, but few people rereraise me without two pair or better so i just couldnt call based on my experience, though maybe one day i will see the light. Also has anybody else had trouble getting on to bodog? I've never been able to play at that site and I would like to.
