What is a bad beat? A bad beat is the negative end of the math evening out in the long run. So stop complaining... keep playing right, and enjoy the long run profits. That is the point of pot odds after all, to make profit in the long run, not every session will be a winner. I know everyone knows this its just how I console myself after a bad beat.

I consider a bad beat to be when I get my money in way ahead in a hand leaving the opponent with literally 1 or 2 outs available.

Its a sick bad beat when i've comprehensively outplayed them, forced them to make a bad decision and they've ended up winning.
