I'm very sorry for the delays, but I'm afraid that delay is out of our hands. It's Full Tilt who causes the delay quite frequently, and we're going to change the promised payout date to the 15th next month.

Regarding this months rakeback, it's already been paid out but quite a few will experience problems. This is because of a bug in Full Tilt's software which makes the player transfers to bounce. We have mailed our partner contact, and she has forwarded our problem to the tech department who will look into it.

Hopefully they will solve it very soon. I will keep you posted when I hear back from them.
