I would halt the depsoit if you don't want to play without rakeback. I got a reply from our partner contact at UltimateBet, which said the follwing:

"This player is showing that he registered on March 2007 directly through UB."

I'm sorry, but they are not allowed to retrack old exitisting players and add rakeback to their account. I'm afraid you're not eligible for rakeback at UB, when you registered your account directly trough them roughly a year ago.
