You have definatly not wasted any site. I find this very weird, seeing I answer pretty much all support for stackback, and I haven't seen any mail regarding this.

You should be able to submit your UB username if you log in to our stackback.com site. If you somehow still are not able to submit it, please send a mail to support@stackback.com and I will set it up for you manually.

I'm really sorry that you haven't received any answer on your mail, but I truely haven't seen any request regarding this. I will ask the tech to look into what might have happened to your mails.
