What should I have done?

Sep 16, 2007 12:12 am Report Abuse

Man I'm frustrated.... I just got eliminated from a tournament on this hand. This ISN'T a bad beat blog, and as much as I'd like to, I'm not complaining about it.

I would like everyones help though to tell me where I went wrong. What could I have done differently? I had just gotten moved to this table and it was my second hand. So I didn't know anything about the players...

Any and all help is appreciated!!!

He hit a 4 outer...don't worry about it, it happens.

I'd play it that way again.

Thanks JDE. I was worried about the flush draw too so I wanted to get him out of the hand...

Maybe I should have gone all in after the flop?

Great job Waterpilot!

Not much more you could have done differently. I would have played it the same.

Great job making it that far though, that is awesome.

You may have been able to hit him with a bit larger raise after the flop ( particularly if you felt he was on a draw or on a hand he wouldn't get away from )... but you did alright.

eh, only way you "win" this pot is by folding.....And you never "win" by folding here....Just keep playin this way and the suckouts will hopefully not happen all the friggin time.

All in on the flop, he likely calls, putting you on an over pair, and liking his odds.

GL on the felt

Ron
