he was hitting the nuts almost every hand shown on television. what about the 6 hours straight he folded? didn't see that on t.v.

because of jamie golds complete downfall since his miracle win, you should hear some of the things people are saying about johnny chan. remember, hes the one who was taking all the credit for mentoring and teaching gold. its a shame too, hes is one of the best, and is now forever linked with the KING OF ALL DONKIES.

Listen, to suggest Gold or Moneymaker or any other whipping boy is a "horrible poker player" is ludacris. I make no excuses for Gold's personality, because I agree he grates on the nerves like few others, but he is not the worst player at any table like people would make him out to be. He ran ridiculously well on his way to the main event win, but he played well to put himself in that sort of position.
Aggressive players are streaky. Some days your timing is right and every bluff works. Some days you bluff off all your chips. This year it was the latter for Jamie Gold.
