Tips for new members

*You will get a password after you have been active in the forum. You are considered active when you post blogs, respond to blogs, post in the forum, chat, view videos ect. The passwords will come to your railbirds inbox appox 2 hours before the tournament begins.

*Fill out the information on your profile page. Click on, "My Page" then click edit this page.
Be sure to add your pokerroom nicknames for full tilt and poker stars. You must have your nicknames filled out in order to get freeroll ranking points.

*There are ranking freerolls everyday. The top 15% of entrants will receive ranking points based on their finish. Only prize money won in ranking freerolls will be shown on the ranking list. It takes a few days for the ranking to be updated.

*To check your yearly rank, click the frontpage link that says, "Click here to see the ranking." Then type your railbird name into the search box.It will tell you your rank, prize money won and number of points you have. For your monthly rank click on the, "Display Rankings" pull down tab on the right of the ranking list and select the month. Then search your name just like before.

*There is a daily poker quiz on the frontpage. 5 members each day who have answered the question correctly will be randomly selected to play in a monthly $500 freeroll tournament.

*Your railbirds color rank is based on your activity in the forum. It is not a rank of your poker skill. The levels are Novice(Green), Beginner(Pink), Expert(Blue), and Prorail(Orange). The more active you are the higher your color rank.

*Do not ask for staking, loans or trades. It is against the site rules.
