They have locked my account... I have sent numerous emails 48+ hours ago and no response... does anyone happen to have a contact person or phone number besides the emails they list on the site??? if so please send it my way thank you so much
FTP does not have a Phone Contact for Customer Support..only for Deposit Inquiry...so if you have problems PUTTING IN MONEY they will be glad to help you..but with withdrawls or with problems like this there is no number..only way is to email support and just wait it out.....
Possibilities of locking account:
Do you have multiple accounts?
Is there more than 1 account playing on FTP from the same IP Address?
Have you made any deposits recently that may have been denied or rejected?
Were you colluding during any ring game or tourney?
LUV ALL I CAN TELL U IS: IF U HAVE HAD NUMUROUS LOGINS THAT COULDN'T GO THRU FOR W/E REASONS THEY WILL LOCK U UP FOR 24 HRS CK UR EMAIL FREQUENTLY THEY WILL HELP U W/IT JUST BE PATIENT IT SHOULD HAPPEN LUV.. HOPE I HELPED U LUV.... STAY SAFE
Yeah just wait they will get a hold of you. they are just slow at responding. Dont bother calling the number, I tryed in the passed, and those opperators dont have access to that kind of stuff.
