The Table is Out To Get Him...

Jul 4, 2009 11:40 pm Report Abuse

Just got through playing tournament in pokerworld room. We had a player who would bet big virtually every hand; and because of that, there was another player at the table who would purposely slow play and run out the clock everytime it came around to him. Considering that I was not moved from the table, I had to patiently wait every single hand that was dealt. I wish there was some type of clock control made by these poker rooms to prevent these types of situations. Needless to say, the entire table was out to get this slow player and ultimately was able to get him off the table. Has anybody else experienced this?...and if so, how was it dealt with?

Duh.....there is a clock control....."slow play and run out the clock"

It's shorter than the time you have at a live casino, too!!

Everyone is entitled to use as much (or little) of their clock as they choose, and when I know it upsets someone (or everyone) I will use the full timer (minus my clock time) as often as possible. It's a tool......

on poker world clock play seems to be the norm almost every time I play theres always several players waiting for the last secound to play ....

dont play there much mainly due to that
