Finally a decent cash

Most of those here that know me would be aware that I have recently returned after a 12 month break. For those of you that dont know me, prior to my break I used to play alot of MTT's ($10 and $26), and alot of $20 SNG's. Since returning my MTT games have been minimal, and I have been focusing on my SNG's. Anyways over the last week I took a massive hit to my BR due to a big downswing, so last night I decided to apply proper BR management rules and dropped down a level in SNG's. I played 2 x $5.50 sngs, won one and second in the next. I then decided to use one of my $26 tokens to play in the $7,500 guarantee MTT. After 6 hours, and a field of 398 I finished 5th, for a return of $617. I truly believe that I would have definately gone further, however, as I said it went for 6 hours, and I was looking at only getting 4 hours sleep before work - I basically played poorly in the final hands, but was definately happy with the result. It's nice to have a decent cash one month into returning to the game. Take care birdies. crows
