Where do you get this from? The last time I checked there was no fee associated with this site .... soooo ... how do you figure anyone is being cheated? If you don't like it then choose another site.

only to make sure that people know about what we are talking here:

code which has to be implemented isn´t as tough as you may think. it is a basic sql-query and the output will be made in php and html. we are talking about a maximum of 20 lines of code which is something could be done by beginners.

the import in the database, it is a sql-database, could be done via excel if necessary and yes it works joe! excel 2007 can make import in a life sql-database...

so what really happend is that someone, in this case RailJoe, made a bad job. he didn´t really cared about the rankings. there were rankings in the past. the same way they have worked the new ones could have worked too.

well may be he has now his 20 lines of codes, but it is still a lot of work. from the beginning of january to now there were a lot of tournaments. to bad that you have lost the results. well, you should have the mails of support with the tournament id´s. with this tournament id´s you can write a mail to support and please them to send you the results. this is a question of only a few minutes and no drama...

you don´t have the tournament id´s, well being honest now you look like an idiot who is making a bad job...

also being honest. i´m able to set up a php based forum with all the functionality railbirds has in less than a day...

it is your business and i´m pretty sure that railbirds is making money with us. we are part of this deal. well as you said the site prefers us-customers and being honest what you do actually is in more than one european country against the laws...

you told me yesterday about the prizes. well you have no rankings, you have no tournamen id´s, you have no results and i bet in the end there are no prizes.

may be you forgot that the people you are cheating, the work you have to do should be done in 2-3 days and you are the one who is paid for this, are also the ones which earns you money...

For someone who has been signed up since April 10, 2009 (yes only 7 days), you seem to be full of negativity. you also seem to know things that most new Railbirds would have no clue about, so therefore I ask, Have you been a member here before, maybe banned, and came back under a new name with a personal vendetta against Railbirds.

sorry no vendetta, no conspiracy. i almost forgot that it is a poker community and behind every move there has to be soemthing rigged... *lol

i´m asking for the prizes for about a week now and i got no real answers. i asked the moderators and i asked joe. i wrote several pm´s.

i found out that railbirds isn´t a global community anymore. railbirds is still open for non-us but it is focused on us-citizens and there will be no change back.

about the prizes... as you can see railbirds promises prizes.

for example a t-shirt to the tournament winners. well, those t-shirts didn´t even exist and railbirds doesn´t have the necessary solutions in place to send out even a single shirt to a winner. that´s a fact.

i know a lot of people, including some who runs their own forums, even some of them are members of railbirds and many railbirds are members of other forums too.

i have never seen a forum which looks like railbirds today. 70,000 users, no sponsors, no affiliates and the management is begging for peanuts of the poker rooms.

but hey... it´s not my problem. i don´t have signed up to a poker room thourgh railbirds. i don´t have signed up to a rakebackdeal through railbirds. i don´t have played lot´s of tourneys and made deposits to play railbirds games. i don´t have doenloaded poker clients through railbirds... it is not my money, it is yours... i lean back now and look how you brown nosers say thank you and play hail to the chief for being cheated by joey...

don´t know why you believe you have to be a long time member to see all this. those things are obvious to everyone...

If it helps, here's my Real money ranking results so far this year. I figured that the results would be lost after all this time anyway, even though it disappoints me.

Regardless of how long I_H8_S04 has been a member be it 5 mins or 5 years, he still has valid points, Joe has fallen short on alot of promises and how can we ever know that the rankings are legit? especially since the results are lost. How many of us keep all our tournament results? As i understood it, all the info was sent from FT to RJ to do the updates, you would think that an auto back up of this information would be kept. Why has it taken 4 months for him to admit hes screwed up badly?

JonGill, just because someones poker name isnt on their profile does not mean they do not compete in the rankings, you will notice on my page that my poker IDs are not visible.

Rankings or no rankings.....T-Shirts or no T-Shirts.......Prizes or no prizes.......

This is still a great site and a great poker community. Thanks to Joe and all the prorails for making it possible. I have gained so much in just the short time I have been here that anything else would just be gravy.

I suppose it is true that we all come here for different reasons, but if one is just about the getting and not about the giving.........what is one really doing here?

mattcounsil, some people paid as high as $11.00 to take part in events. The Real Money Rankings everybody that enters pays something.

I agree that there is no reason to start slamming Joe, but it is also true that somebody somewhere should have been putting the results into one file and backing them up while the rankings were being worked on. Not doing that has resulted in the rankings not being accurate.

There has been blogs written explaining to people how to put their results into a spreadsheet. If they didn't do that after these blogs were published they have nobody to blame but them selves for not knowing how many points they have accumulated.

I am guilty of that for not saving my freeroll rankings, I did do it for the real money rankings though.

Bump Bump Bump because this is the number two issue on the site right behind the passwords thief issue on railbirds.
