Welcome to the final edition of Poker Trivia Tour Tonight of season three. Buick60, CJ28000, these names have been stamped into the PTT history books as winners of the PTT Main Event. Who would add their name to this elite list of players? MikeK2910579 had his name stamped in the history book when he clinched the season three Player of the Season award because there were not enough players in the tournament for second place Edly423 to pass MikeK. But could MikeK add a Main Event title and do something CJ28000 did last season? Event 35: NL Hold 'em Main Event Results 17 players entered the season three Main Event but only one of them could become the new Main Event Champion. CJ28000 was not in attendance to defend his championship so there was to be a new Main Event champion.
AZZJACC's hopes of finally winning a bracelet this season quickly came to an end when AZZJACC finished in last place once again. Former champion lilduke200 went out soon after in 16th place. Later another former champion was out when Edly423 busted out in 14th place. Heads-up champion Schelhas1976 busted out in 12th place.
A short time later these nine players made it to the final table.
Final Table Storylines
SilentBobAK47 made his 20th final table. (#1 All-time)
MikeK2910579 made his 2nd consecutive final table and was seeking a record 5th win.
JohnnyCanuck was seeking a 2nd bracelet.
Astrogini was the first to leave the final table busting out in 9th place. TheTrolley was the next to leave the final table finishing in 8th place. Sdmac30 was then eliminated in 7th place. A sick river card cracked SilentBobAK47's straight sending him to the rail in 6th place. MikeK2910579's quest for bracelet number five was soon over when he busted out in 5th place. Former champion JohnnyCanuck busted on the money bubble and the remaining three players were in the money. Egwrangler busted out of the final table in 3rd place and the Main Event was down to heads-up play for the championship.
Kiwi_Kel vs. Barry201
The chip count was rather close when heads-up play began. I was unable to capture the final hand but it was Barry201 who scooped in the rest of the chips in play and Barry201 is the new PTT Main Event champion!

In addition to the bracelet Barry201 has also won the Poker Trivia Tour Main Event championship belt!
As always, the winner of the tournament will be added to the PTT Hall of Fame. With only 17 entries in the Main Event Edly423 was drawing dead against MikeK2910579 and he is the season three Player of the Season.

He made the final table 16 times this season which tied with Houndawg37 for the most final tables this season. He made the money 9 times, which tied with Edly423 for the second most this season and only two behind AZZJACC who cashed 11 times. He won 4 bracelets which ties with SilentBobAK47 and papapower for the most bracelets in history and he became the first player to win 4 times in the same season. MikeK2910579 proved that he was the MVP of the PTT in season three.

I was playing just a few of the events, but to be honest the PTT has became the best tournament series on RB by far.
Great variation of the tournaments, great players, impressive coverage but the host (indeed Bob, this is UNBELIEVABLE good reporting from the first to the last tournament, you should be proud). Congrats to winners and I am sure more and more players will be attracted to these tournaments, I will be there next season for sure. Keep on great work !
I just wanna say a hugh THANKYOU to Bob and everyone who participated in the PTT. This is a A-1 first class event. I managed to find my way to it half way thru the season, but you can bet i'll never miss a season again. The game is full of great ppl who show much class and respect, and they are darn great poker players.
Bob has everything so organized, and as already stated does a fantastic job on the reporting of it all.

Thank you all very much! I honestly am surprised that I was able to do it. There was a tough group of players that played these events. Sure the games were competitive and people wanted to win, but at the same time they were alot of fun. Quite a bit of teasing and joking around which helped lighten the mood. Even when players were knocked out, they would stay around and rail the games. Other than home games, I found myself laughing more playing poker than any other time. I was also fortunate to make some new friends during the season. I look forward to playing with all of you again. Winning the Player of the Season means alot to me and I'm looking forward to Season 4!

sorry i couldn't make the game i really wanted to defend this but my lfe seems to want to get in the way of everything at the moment.
