    BASEBALL TRIVIA QUESTION, Worth $5.00 on FTP for Correct Answer.

    2008 was the last year that the Yankee's play in Yankee Stadium. This question concerns Yankee Stadium. The first person that writes in this blog the correct answer with their Fult Tilt Screen Name and First letter of their city will be sent $5.00 on Full Tilt Poker.

    Question:

    Which Yankee great hit the first two World Series game winning home runs in Yankee Stadium.

    Hint:

    This Yankee great wasn't playing for the Yankee's when he hit these game winning home runs.

    I Guess it was to easy.

     chargersfan2008 is the winner.

    1923 World Series.

    First game. Top of the 9th inning. Score is tied 4 to 4. The New York Giants have two runners on. Casey Stengel comes to the plate. He hits a line drive to left center field and circles the bases for an inside the park home run.

    Game 3. Top of the 7th inning. The score is 0-0. Casey comes to bat and hit's a high fly down the right field line into the bleachers for his 2nd game winning home run of the series and the first two game winning home runs in Yankee Stadium History.

    Casey later becomes the manager of the New York Yankess and the rest is history.
