We had 208 members show up today to play the first annual Railbirds Thanksgiving tournament, and what a fine game it was ! I believe it was the most fun i have ever had playing in a tournament online ! That isn't all because I was the chip leader for most of it, but because of the friendly atmosphere of the game ! There was great play, wonderful railing, and I didn't witness not one person acting out, or smarting off. That just shows the fine quality of people who played today, and showed up to rail !

The heads up match didn't last long, thankfully, that means i get to watch the WPT on television...lol...
The second place finisher, a bird I don't know called PDMike425 sucked out a flush on me to knock me out in 4th place, in a pot worth about $150,000. I had made some good folds up to that point, and patiently waited for my spot, and my pocket Jacks were good enough for me, when after the flop I had an over pair, and a 9 would make me a straight, but the spade he needed came on the turn, and sent me packing. I am not sure how many bounties I got, either 10 or 11, but none of the $25 ones, although I did double up SwtLilTabbie trying to...lol...Congratulations to all who knocked out a Prorail ! Railjoe will deposit $25 in your accounts, real soon.
Thanks to everyone who showed up today, and I hope everyone had as good a time as I did, if that is the case, then this was one of the best online tournaments of all time ! .........RAILBIRDS ROCK !

For the time that i was in it, i have to say that it was a great game by all, very friendly chat and railing (TY SUE), the only part letting me down was my own game at a certain point, sending me to the ralis within reach of the bubble....

Was a great tournament and a little more than I pay to play a game ... lol, but greed overtook me and the thought of KO a prorail for $25 I decided to play. I finally met up with ya TC... lol for you to KO me out of the game with me pocket Kings.
But I cashed and lasted longer than I thought. And got 8 KO's. Well done on your play and I have to agree - everyone was super nice and fun to play.
