I Advice you to read the links provided by Markie to get up to speed asap.
Also i would like to advice you to open a Full Tilt account (make sure you take punt com and NOT punt net) since most tournamnets organised by the railbirds members are held here.
besides... on Tilt you can use one of the many Awesome custom layouts scattered around this site. Since i am kind of an egomaniac...i will post my Dutch Table below so you can see what i am talking about
