Alright, so I'm mainly a Stars player, but I picked up $1 on FT today via the RAILBIRDS FREEROLL (*cheers*) and was wondering, what can I play with $1? I know one option is to let it sit there and try to cash a few more freerolls, but on Stars I could play 10 cent SnGs or fixed limit ring game or even NL ring game and try to go from there, but the only option I could find on FT was some statelite to an event (think I'd have to win 1 out of 9 - would rather a more realistic shot at cashing!).
Any ideas Full Tilters?

You can play the Ferguson for a buck at 1:30am est. or you can play the .10 cent tourney (rebuy) at 17:35 est. They also have 36 player mtt tourney for 0.50+0.10 also.Good luck and hope you win!!!

HB9!!!

I did see the 10 cent tourney with 50 cent rebuys - isn't that kinda crazy? I'll have to check out the Ferguson one too I guess. Thx

the 10 cent rebuy is crazy the ferguson is a much better option 4 you

I have the same problem...seems to be not many options on FT to grow slowly. And the two they offer would wipe BR out in one hit, not a good BR management idea.

Let it buid til it can benefit you wiser.

the prob with the daily guarantee is there is sooooooo many people playing and most of them have .10 cents for a reason, the lost it playing bad poker...if you decide to play these tourneys, play ultra-tight and get your chips in with a premium, that, from my experience turned out pretty well, once you get down to a few hundred, you can usually take advantage of bad players by making them pay for draws...like betting pot and when they dont hit their flush/straight, value bet the river and get a little more off them, bc they will say to themselves..."for a little more he might be bluffing"...small ball works effectively around the money, but play big stack poker pre and post flop up until around the money and you should do fine...if your aces dont get cracked!! OH, and NEVER, EVER EVER REBUY....one time and one time only...that is all good luck

HB9, where are the 50c SNGs you mention..

I have had a look but cant find any. The smallest SNG I can find is $1

My personal advice would be to wait until you've built your bankroll up just a little more. Stick with the freerolls, and try to enter all the BR building contests your fellow Railbirds host, until you've got $5-$10......Then hit the microstakes tables.

Thanks for the comments guys. Yeah, the reason I want to get ahead and try something with it instead of just waiting for it to build is that I can't play all the freerolls. It might be a week before I could hit another FT freeroll. If I don't cash in that one it might be a few more days again. The other thing is in the 14:00 freerolls that railbirds offer I usually run out of time before going to work (that's how I got the $1). I usually have enough time to crack the bubble, then I gotta leave, so I'm only gonna be getting tiny cashes in those cases.
I've got $ on Stars, so this isn't a huge deal to me, more of an experiment/challenge. Was looking for some options. Sounds like there's not as many on FT, but thx for the ones you guys mentioned.

Well, went with the Ferguson and lost. Was the best option though. Guess I'll have to cash another freeroll on FT
