Morning everbody and for sure
Now let me see.If tomorrer is Friday,and yesterday was Wednesday, then today must be the one in between, yup it is. Dang, I felt so good yesterday and so far today. If I was any better I sure would have to give some of it back. Don'tknow for sure what happened to cause that, but what ever it was. I will take much more of it, even if I have to pay a buck $2.98 for it. Any more then that though,and I would have to foot a loan.
Got a few tings done yesterday that needed my attension. Was a little coolout, but at least that drasted wind wern't blowing like it was the day before. So really wern't bad being outside for a spell. Even got the lumber unloaded off my truck and put away. Course ended up going to ACE hardware and geting yet another tarp to cover it, but that was a small price to pay for the free stuff I got. I always say, ya can't never get nothing cheaper then free, plus keeps me from going straight to the poor house. Dumb azz dog is puting me there fast enough. Holy catfish in a frog pond. Sometimes I hant got no idea where she puts all she eats. Course can't give her table scraps any more, kind of makes her sick. It's hard to, cause I think she still looks forward to geting all that good stuff. But got to stck to just dry dog food, and just a table spoon of can food a day. Don't even dare give her to many treats at one time neither. An aussie lives up to or at least can live up to 18 to 20 years. Her only being 9 got a long way to go. just got to feed her right though.
I called my younger daughter Billie Jo last night. Of course my youngest grandaughter answered the phone as always. Why I hant got no idea. Cause she knows I am going to give her the third degree ever time she answers it. I ask her at least 30 to 40 questions, and I can tell when I'm geting to her,cause of all the growling and groaning she does. Bille says she gets so flustered at me, yet see looks on the caller ID sees that it's me, and runs for the phone. One of these days, when she answers it, i'm only going to ask to speak to her mom. Wonder what she would think bout that ordeal? My oldest grandaughter hant no fun, she elects not to answer it unless no way of geting out of it. Then sometimes just won't answer the phone at all. Now I wonder why that is?
I had a couple boneless country style spare ribs thawing out yesterday. Which gave me plenty of time to figure out what to do with them. Well being there are so many ways to fix them up, I settled for this way. Is very simple and also very good. In a small pot, I put in a can of tomato soup. Then added bout a table spoon of butter and a few jiggers of hot sauce. Then placed the ribs in, added garlic powder, salt, pepper and a harty amount of parsley flakes. Then on top, I sliced a good size onion all over it. Coverd it and set the oven at 300 degrees and let it go for 35 minutes, then turned them over and went for another 35 minutes. Took them out, let them rest for close to 15 minutes while I got the taters and string beans, ready to go. My mrs don't care for them,cause she just can't stand eating anything that has fat through out it. Now to me,if a piece of meat like I had said before, hant got no fat on it. It's a hunk of meat that may as well toss in the garbage. Well these ribs had the fat I like to see,and now I tell ya that was some good eating for sure. If ya hant never tryed them like that, ya don't know what your missing and should try it.

Guess that bout wraps it up from this part of the world. Hope ya all have a most spectacular day. Should you see some one with out a smile. Give them one of your. Don't cost a cent,and are so priceless. Put a smile on your lips,happy thoughts in your head and a twinkle in your eye. Ole hillie loves ya all.

Morn'n Hillie and all,
Sounds like your always busy cookin'n something. I am like your Mrs. I don't care for fat running through things. Now give me a plate of baby back ribs, I sure love those. It's been chilly here, have the fire going each morning and evening every day. Working on another quilt. My daughter and son in law asked for a large queen size and wanted it Americana, and my son in law asked me to embroider the 7 army virtues. So that is keeping me busy now, in addition to the x mas hustle and bustle. Were going to travel and visit family this year.
