You should have put him on a set or a big over pair or at least 2 pair and simply folded. You will gain the the survival instincts to go to the final table. When the deep stack bets allin he more often than not has a very hard hand to beat. you only had a pair when u called an allin putting you at risk, meaning if you lose ur out of the tourney. Online players tend to put themselfes at more often than live players.
