Creating multiple accounts, you run the risk of being detected and ALL accounts will be closed that they find belonging to you as well as confiscating all funds in all accounts. Worth the risk?
What's the problem with contacting them if you haven't done anything wrong? Or do you already know and need a work-around?
Regardless, multiple accounts are a no-no. You won't see the real problem until you try to cash-out or make a withdrawal and find your account frozen. GL.

I think they track you by your IP address so even if you used a diffrent e-mail address.
you would still be connecting from the same IP address and
BAM they got you for having mutipule accounts from same IP address
